All of the Catering Arrangements have been Settled. Our Lunch & Dinner is at "The View Grill" which is Located at The Glen Cove Golf Club.
They are adding an Awning to the Outdoor Terrance. (It will be installed by May 01). This will be a Nice Addition. Allowing our Golfers & Dinner guests to Enjoys the Views of Long Island Sound & The Golf Course in Comfort.
The Lunch Menu: A BBQ Lunch. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs & Grilled Chicken. Garden Salad, French Fries, Potato Salad & Macaroni Salad. Along with Beer, Wine & Soft Drinks. (Beginning at Noon).
Beverage Service on The Golf Course. (Beer, Soft Drinks & Water).
The Dinner Menu: Cocktail Hour. With Pass Around "Hors d'oeuvres" & Chips & Dips on the Bar. Buffet Dinner: Chicken Francoise, Salmon Dijon, Sliced NY Steak. With Roasted Potatoes, Penne Alla Vodka, Mixed Vegetables. Dessert: Cookies, Ice Cream, Coffee & Tea. (The Bar will be Open at 5:30 PM with the Cocktail Hour Beginning a Short Time After).
Plus a Full Open Bar.
